Life & Health Best Practice Lead

Location: Palmerston North

Role Purpose: The Life & Health Best Practice Lead will be responsible for providing technical expertise, training, and support to the Life & Health Adviser team, ensuring the delivery of professional and quality service to all FMG clients. This role will enhance team capability, ensure compliance, and promote best practice through technical coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical training and support to Life & Health Advisers.
• Develop and deliver training plans and resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of FMG’s Life & Health Insurance products and services.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and FMG policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Experience in a leadership, coaching, or senior role is essential.
• Proven experience in training/coaching others.
• Insurance experience and NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent is required
