The purpose of the Claims Change Specialist role is to effectively prepare for and support the delivery of project and tactical changes that impact the Claims team, ensuring the successful adoption and embedment of these changes.

This role will be responsible for –

  • Managing the Claims change plan – including identifying change management strategies and coordinating their execution. 
  • Coordinate the design/redesign of Claims business processes to align with any change initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Claims Change Management communications schedules and materials
  • Support the development of training plans and materials to support any claims change initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years Change management or lead experience
  • Has experience working with all levels of an organisation to successfully deliver change
  • Is experienced in mentoring and coaching others in change management. 
  • Is a self-starter who takes on new opportunities and challenges, is adaptable and accountable
  • Has experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships. 
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Prosci change management methodology will be beneficial.
