FMG is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-driven Assessor to join our innovative Motor & Machinery Assessing Team. If you love agricultural machinery and vehicles and want to make a real impact in rural New Zealand, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Digitally assessing agricultural machinery and vehicle claims
• Determining policy coverage and quantifying repair costs
• Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Following best practice processes to ensure accuracy and consistency

What you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for agricultural vehicles and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Sound knowledge and experience in the agricultural industry
