- Support the implementation of change initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client matters and complaints.
- Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture aligned with FMG's values.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a customer-focused operational environment.
- Strong subrogation / debt recover experience.
- A track record of leading people, developing capability and achieving results through others.
- The ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Resilience, adaptability and the confidence to lead through change.
At FMG, you'll be part of a purpose-led organisation that genuinely cares about its people, clients and communities. You'll join a collaborative team environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, develop your leadership capability and contribute to the continued success of our Claims function.
If you're an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering great client outcomes, we'd love to hear from you!
