Based in either our Wellington or Palmerston North office, this exciting new role, will support FMG’s Business Optimisation function, which includes a multi-year, strategic programme of work focused on driving organisational improvements and a culture change of bringing an owner's mindset to ensure the financial resilience and sustainability of the Mutual. You’ll work across the business ensuring we do what’s right by our clients in alignment with our strategic goals. To be successful in this role, you will have –

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience across all aspects of business analysis, preferably at an enterprise level
• The ability to write compelling business cases and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
• A focus on delivering outcomes with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
• The  ability to manage multiple priorities, be adaptable and organised

Please note this is a full-time role, 24-month fixed term role. There will be the requirement to travel between Wellington and Palmerston North at least twice a month.
