The Role: Senior Business Analyst based in our Palmerston North office, supporting our dynamic organisation’s growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing, analysing, and documenting requirements
• Defining new business processes
• Facilitating workshops
• Creating backlogs
• Providing support through the Business Analysis practice

About You: To succeed, you’ll need:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven relationship-building experience
• A creative problem-solving mindset
• Experience with both technical and business solutions (Technical BA experience is a plus)
