Location: an FMG North Island office
Role Overview: Join our Life & Health channel to protect farmers, families, and businesses - the backbone of New Zealand’s economy. As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll provide one-on-one technical and sales coaching/mentoring to our Life & Health Advisers. If you’re passionate about nurturing talent, driving success, and making a difference, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure good client risk conversations
 - Achieve new business growth
 - Maintain client retention and service levels
 - Provide high-level technical support
 - Support good client outcomes
 - Adhere to legislative standards and FMG best practices
 
About You:
- Leadership experience in Personal and Business Life Insurance markets – this is essential!
 - Commitment to delivering good client experiences and outcomes
 - Proven success in building and executing growth strategies
 - Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external parties
 - Hands on approach with excellent communication skills
