As our Office Coordinator, you’ll provide assistance in the day to day workings of FMG House in Palmerston North by administering all incoming and outgoing mail and also be one of the friendly faces supporting Reception and providing administration support to our Facilities team.
Reporting to the Facilities Management Team Leader, this fun role offers the opportunity to add some real value in a wonderful team environment.
As our ideal candidate, you’ll have at least six month's administration experience; a can-do attitude to deal with whatever the day may bring, and not be afraid of hard work. You will be super enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a busy team environment, and have excellent time management and communication skills.
