As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted first point of contact at FMG. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, professional environment while providing dependable, day‑to‑day support that helps our people and office operate at their best.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact at Reception and creating a warm, professional experience for visitors 
  • Providing responsive, proactive coordination support to keep things running smoothly 
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the office with consistency and attention to detail 
  • Working as part of a connected, nationwide Office Management team that supports our offices across the business

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role working 30 hours per week across five days, with a rostered shift of 8:00am–2:30pm to support opening office hours. As this is a hands‑on role supporting reception, visitors, and day‑to‑day office operations, the position is fully onsite.

The role is set to run through to 31st March 2027.
