In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in supporting growth strategies, enhancing acquisition, boosting retention, and elevating the overall client experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring they & their teams achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategic Direction: Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic direction and business plan for the Lifestyle and Residential Centre.
  • Collaboration: Connect with the wider Sales, Advice and Service teams to meet retention and referral targets.
  • Team Development: Oversee your team’s advice process, product training, and compliance requirements to enhance their knowledge and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven Leadership: History of coaching leaders to drive team success.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experience in building and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Client-Centric: Committed to enhancing the client experience.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in building relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Contact Centre Experience: Familiarity with contact centre operations.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales results.
