FMG is seeking an energetic Manager to lead our Agribusiness & Commercial Centre based in Fielding. As the Manager Agribusiness Centre, you’ll provide operational guidance and leadership to FMG’s phone-based Rural and Commercial Insurance Consultants. Your role will involve implementing FMG’s Rural and Commercial strategies to enhance acquisition, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Your Responsibilities:

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving FMG’s growth, ensuring consistent delivery of the client value proposition for new clients. Whilst focusing on improving organisational efficiency, effectiveness, engagement, and employee experience.

  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to phone-based Rural and Commercial Insurance Consultants & ensure outstanding results from the team.
  • Operational Planning: Optimise the utilisation of client systems and processes. Build, monitor, and manage relationships to maximise sales and growth opportunities within the Centre.
  • Collaboration: Connect with Sales, Advice, and Service teams to meet retention and referral targets.
  • Team Development: Oversee the team’s advice process, product training, and compliance requirements, enhancing team knowledge and performance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven Leadership: History of coaching leaders to drive team success.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experience in building and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Client-Centric: Committed to enhancing the client experience.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Contact Centre Experience: Familiarity with contact centre operations.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales results.
