About the Role:

As a Commercial Manager, located in our Timaru office and reporting to the local Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Seeking new business
  • Retaining & strengthening relationships with our current portfolio of commercial clients, 
  • Supporting both new & existing clients with sound risk management advice and solutions. 

This role is key to FMG’s growth aspirations and involves being part of a local team as well as a national channel. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and career and set down roots in our Timaru team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in insurance or finance industry
  • Financial Services Level 5 Certificate (or willing to work towards)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, community, and alliance partners
  • Positive, growth mindset and enthusiastic attitude
  • Solution-driven, high achiever, adaptable under pressure
