Business Improvement Lead

What you'll do:
- Evaluate ideas, clarify problems, and assess feasibility against strategic goals.
- Identify process failures and improvement opportunities using data and root cause analysis.
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives that simplify and strengthen FMG processes.
- Build improvement foundations with metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops.
- Coach teams in continuous improvement and structured decision-making methods.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in business improvement and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in Lean/Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and human-centred design.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency for decision-making and benefits tracking.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
It is expected some travel will be required.
