What you'll do:

• Evaluate ideas, clarify problems, and assess feasibility against strategic goals.
• Identify process failures and improvement opportunities using data and root cause analysis.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives that simplify and strengthen FMG processes.
• Build improvement foundations with metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops.
• Coach teams in continuous improvement and structured decision-making methods.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business improvement and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in Lean/Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and human-centred design.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency for decision-making and benefits tracking.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

It is expected some travel will be required.
