About the Role:

Reporting to the South Island Manager - Mobile Sales, Advice and Service, and based in our new offices at the Christchurch Airport campus, this role is responsible for:

• Leading and coaching a high-performing mobile sales and service team, 
• Driving the business plan and growth strategy for the region, and 
• Continuing to cultivate our high-performing culture.

About You:

• Passionate about our people, clients, and the local community
• Experienced in leading and coaching successful sales professionals
• Strong business acumen, especially in financial services
• Affinity for rural New Zealand is a bonus
• Skilled in building and managing, meaningful & strong relationships
• Demonstrated ability to drive a values-driven, engaged culture
